Is spring springing where you are?

In response to my post of crocuses from Kew Gardens and Crunchy husband’s response to that post, my mother sent this note:

“hi, spring has sprung here also, and here’s where our flowers is!”

and this picture:

Is spring springing where you are? Send me a picture and we can make a virtual garden of spring 2008 around the world. (Or, if you’re in the Southern Hemisphere, send me a shot of fall falling.)

That makes me feel warmer!!!….brrrrr it’s chilly this morning……think there’s some snowdrops still outside …but I don’t have my camera….a virtual garden is a great idea!

no spring is not springing and it’s really starting to lessen my belief in global warming.

Still buried under a foot of snow here :-(. Afraid I won’t be seeing “spring” for many moons :-(

Bummer guys. If it makes you feel any better, it’s only the buds that are showing spring’s coming. The air temperature is still COLD!

Shoot…to bad I didn’t read this a few days ago. I could have sent you a great shot of my…um…oh hell, I don’t know what kinds of flowers I have…coming up out of the ground through the snow. They haven’t bloomed yet, but the stems and leaves have made their appearance. But now the snow is melted, so it’s not as good a picture.

    P.S. They’re daffodils…
