I got an e-mail from him stating that I was absolutely correct that he should have flown into Bristol instead of London. I didn't WANT to be right :-(. I miss England. I just moved back to the States from there last October. Hilly runs in Bath were so much more fun than the flat terrain here. Happy training :-)! Some of the passengers said they didn't even know anything wrong had happened...they just thought it was a particularly bumpy landing. WHAT?! I'd like to think I could tell the difference between a "bumpy" landing and a CRASH landing. Good Lord. But good on, pilot!
