I find that running balances me.  It still do things I shouldn't.  I get stressed from work.  Upset with things out of my control.  But running seems to focus everything ... it's like taking a long deep breathe.</description>

		<description>Amazingly insightful.  I too have found that running just to run is great, even on days where I just don't think I can or want to... I feel more content afterwards.
