My equipment doesn’t capture the color as it was, but the bright silver moon was replaced with a pale rusty orange disc when the Earth came between it and the sun last night. The skies were amazingly clear, so we were treated to an excellent lunar eclipse.

I missed that! We saw the red moon rising, but got all involved with things like eating. What’s a lunar eclipse when there’s dinner to be eaten?
